ADB has 50 Branches nationwide whose locations reflect the level of
agricultural activities and the flow of deposits. The Bank also has 4 Farm
Loan Offices (FLO) and 10 Agencies. There is a conscious programme to
devolve considerable responsibility and authority to the 7 Area Offices,
under which the 50 branches are organised, so that they can offer the
functional support which in the past emanated from the Head Office. The Area
Offices will thus be equipped to directly supervise the operations of the
Branches and thereby relieve the Head Office in Accra to concentrate on issues
relating to corporate policies and direction. |
